Big, juicy burger ...

This is almost a ritual for me. Sunday, around 5 p.m., Pianos (158 Ludlow St). There is no Pianos without a burger. Although this is place where you can listen to live music and dance. They have also food. I forgot to mention about happy hours, since 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. (only thinking about this makes me feel happy) At Pianos I start with frozen margarita from magic machine as my friend named it. After one hour, if I can stand that long, I order my precious, my big, juicy burger... with fries, which are also amazing. Waiting for an order is like eternity. The smell of it makes you feel even more hungry, if you were not hungry before, you will be. I order another frozen margarita to kill some time and because it is simply delicious. Finally my burger is here. Right now I feel like a kid who get a new toy. I am trying to be calm, do not behave like a beast but my instinct is telling me: do it, put your snappers into meat, feel its juiciness, do it. So what can I do? I eat it, not as a beast but still rapidly. On the half way I have a short break, to eat some fries of course and drink margarita. And again my mouth is in heaven. I wish it could last forever but my burger is gone. I have only frozen margarita and a thought that I am gonna do it next Sunday. Next week I will have a little piece of heaven again. Despite the fact that I smell like fried oil, burger, panini or who knows what else, I am just happy, full and happy. This joyful last until late evening or even early Monday morning. Than reality comes back. I have to wait 6 days. six long days. Well, it is worth it, worth it to wait as long as I have to.
It is Friday, so two more days, but I can not wait more. I will do something bad. I am gonna eat a burger from other place, not as good as Pianos, but still good. Yes, I will betray my precious one but he will forgive me because at Sunday I am gonna meet with him, and eat him. I will even add some extra cheese. Okay, time to go, wild beast wants to eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
